Digistore24 is your contract partner for the purchase, takes the payment, issues the invoice, charges and remits any VAT or sales tax due, and handles withdrawal and refund requests.
We operate this website and produce the mini-course, the supplier introduction and the private community described on it (together, the "Course").
These terms govern your use of this website and of the Course content we make available to you. They are not the terms of your purchase. See the next section.

Digistore24 sells the Course to you as reseller, in its own name and for its own account. Digistore24 is your contract partner for the purchase: it takes payment, issues the invoice, charges and remits any VAT or sales tax applicable in your country, gives you the statutory withdrawal information, and handles cancellation and refund requests.
Digistore24's buyer terms and cancellation policy are shown to you on the order form and govern the purchase. Where anything on this page conflicts with them in respect of the purchase itself, Digistore24's terms prevail.

Digital content: PDF lessons and downloads covering how to source, programme, price and sell NFC "tap for a review" cards to local businesses, together with a supplier introduction and an invitation to a private community.
It is delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped to you as part of the Course.
The supplier introduction is a referral. You order hardware directly from a third-party supplier, on that supplier's own terms and prices. We are not the seller of the cards and are not a party to that purchase.
The community is provided for as long as we operate it. We may move it to another platform or discontinue it, giving reasonable notice where we can.
Your access is personal to you. Do not share your downloads, and do not copy, republish, resell or redistribute the Course content.
We may withdraw access without refund if the content is redistributed or access is shared. Any refund in that situation is a matter for Digistore24 under its own terms.
The Course teaches a method. It is not a promise or guarantee of sales, income, or any business result. What you achieve depends on your own effort, your market, your pricing and your execution.
Nothing in the Course or on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice. Running your own business lawfully is your responsibility, including registration, invoicing, tax, and the consumer-law obligations that apply when you sell to your own customers.
Do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to circumvent access controls, scrape it at scale, or use it to harass anyone. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe this has happened.
The Course content, the text on this site, and our name and branding belong to us or our licensors. Buying the Course gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own business. All other rights are reserved.
We provide the Course with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our liability to you in connection with the Course content is limited to the amount paid for it.
Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
We may update these terms for legal or operational reasons. The version published here when you bought applies to that purchase.
These terms are governed by the law of the country in which we are established, without depriving you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your country of residence.
